Elinnov Technologies, Inc. (“Company”) collects and processes personal data from job applicants, third-party contractors, and consultants in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This Privacy Notice outlines how the Company gathers, uses, protects, and retains personal data.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Company collects various personal details, including:
- Full name, contact details, and address
- Government-issued IDs (SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig)
- Educational background, qualifications, and work history
- Salary details, disability information (if applicable), and work eligibility
2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The Company processes personal data for:
- Managing recruitment and employment applications
- Ensuring compliance with legal obligations
- Verifying identity for employment, contracts, and company records
- Internal statistical and reporting purposes
Unsuccessful applicants’ data may be retained for two (2) years for future opportunities unless consent is withdrawn.
